From M5 merging with the A38 heading West

Head West on the M5 continuing forward to merge onto the A38. Continue forward keeping in the right hand lanes heading towards Plymouth on the A38.

Exit left at the Deep Lane junction onto the B3416 signposted for Plympton.

Turn right at T-junction on the B3416. Continue forward over the traffic lights and at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Sandy Road - B3416.

At next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Holland Road. Take the 2nd Right onto Eastern Wood Road, follow the road down and at roundabout take the 1st exit onto Barn Close.

Take immediate Left into JGBM
