Plantronics Circumnaural Ear-Cushions are used on the SupraPlus line of headsets for customers in loud environments. The original foam ear-cushion is removed and the Circumnaural Ear-Cushion simply pushes onto the speaker of the SupraPlus. The leather cushion goes around your ear, sealing off background noise and making it easier for the user to hear.
