The ultra-compact fi-70F from RICOH is specially designed for easy and quick scanning of single, small-format documents. With impressive convenience, the fi-70F redefines small document scanning in customer-facing environments.

The fi-70F is ideal for a wide range of applications, particularly in situations where fast scanning of personal documents—such as prescriptions, passports, driving licenses, or identification cards—is required. Typical settings include doctors' offices, financial institutions, airports, hotels, embassies, government offices, company receptions, and police stations.

The user-friendliness of the fi-70F is enhanced by a scan button that initiates the scanning process with predefined settings.

Furthermore, scanning can be performed with or without the easily removable cover, allowing documents to be placed directly on the glass surface. Users can press the scan button, and the scanned image will be saved in just seconds, making the process effortless.

The fi-70F can scan an A6-sized grayscale or black and white document at 200 or 300 dpi in just one second. It can scan in colour in 1.3 seconds at 200 dpi. With an impressively quick startup time, this scanner ensures minimal delays in customer-facing environments.

As the smallest scanner in its class, the fi-70F has a footprint of just 14.5 x 23.4 cm, making it ideal for locations with limited space. If access to a mains power supply is restricted, the scanner can also be powered via USB, maintaining similar scanning speeds (just 2 seconds for an A6 colour or black and white document at 200 dpi).
