Evolution Complete Eye Wash Station

The Evolution Eye Wash Station provides first aid and irrigation for eyes, suitable for larger or higher risk environments. Not only does it provide 8 x 20ml eye wash pods, but also 2 x 500ml eye wash bottles. This means that workplaces will have 1.16 litres of sterile saline solution.

Key Benefits
Can be used for both major and minor injuries – with the inclusion of both larger eye wash bottles and smaller pods, there is irrigation available for all injuries. Once a bottle has been opened, the contents are no longer sterile. Therefore, any unused liquid must be disposed of, whereas the pods allow a small amount of eye wash to be used while maintaining the sterility of other pods.
Mirror included in the station – to support safe and easy self-administration during eye emergencies there is a mirror on the station.
Compact design – ideal for storing alongside other first aid kits, even in areas with size constraints.
Rapid response for eye injuries – with the inclusion of both sterile saline solution and eye dressings, this station ensures that irrigation and dressing can take place immediately after an injury.
Wall-mountable – the eye wash station easily screws into the wall (screws not included). This allows for quick access and clear visibility for all in the vicinity.

HSE Eye First Aid Guidance
According to HSE regulations, laid out in The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981, if there is no tap water available, then workplaces are required to have at least 1 litre of sterile water or sterile saline (0.9% w/v) solution available in sealed containers.
