To deliver effective noise reduction across all frequencies, the IMPACT 500 uses hybrid active noise cancellation — combining microphones inside and outside the earcups for optimal performance. Hybrid ANC combines feed-forward ANC, an external noise-sensing microphone which detects ambient sounds before they reach your ears, with feedback ANC, an internal noise-sensing microphone which monitors sounds from the speaker.

With up to 36 hours of talk time and 89 hours of listening time, the IMPACT 500 keeps you connected through back-to-back meetings, calls, and collaboration sessions — all without interruption.

Need to chat with a colleague? TalkThrough mode lets you hold quick conversations without removing your headset. Simply toggle it on or off using a button on the earcup for effortless interaction.
