Digital dictation allows you to secure your voice files via technology such as 4 digit PIN and encryption to prevent unauthorised access, vital in professional environments where confidential data must be kept secure.

Basic digital recorders and analogue (tape) machines are impossible to protect leaving your data at high risk of getting into the wrong hands.

256 bit encryption is the highest level of security to date, compliant with the Advanced Encryption Standard.

Editing functions (overwrite/insert/delete/security lock), SD/SDHC/microSD & microSDHC card, 10 languages, NEW-button, hold switch, device lock by PIN code, navigation buttons, draft dictation function, verbal annotations (up to 32 per file), index marks (up to 32 per file), up to 7 folders for voice file management (199 messages per folder)
